and be bound by the following terms and conditions:
1. Definitions
Endorse
Learning – Refers to
the website, content, services, and associated offerings provided as a unit of
Roo Repute Ltd.
Course – Any instructional content including
videos, quizzes, assignments, downloadable materials, and other learning
resources offered through Endorse Learning.
User
/ You – Any individual
or organisation accessing or using the services of Endorse Learning.
Account – A personal or organisation profile
used to access Endorse Learning courses and services.
Website – The platform available at
www.endorselearning.co.uk.
Services – All digital learning tools, course
content, support resources, and interactive services provided online by Endorse
Learning.
2. Acceptance of Terms
Your
use of our platform signifies agreement to these Terms. If you do not agree, do
not use the platform. By purchasing or using courses, you also confirm you are
authorised to act on behalf of your organisation (if applicable).
3. Access & Use

is provided on an "as-is" basis. We may update or suspend services at
any time.

Downtime
may occur due to maintenance or unforeseen technical issues. We are not liable
for service interruptions beyond our control.

Access
to training content is only permitted through authorised, paid channels.
4. Account Security

Users
are responsible for managing and protecting their login credentials.
•
Endorse
Learning is not liable for any misuse or unauthorised access.
•
We
may suspend accounts in case of non-payment or security breaches.
5. Intellectual Property
All
content, training materials, and digital assets are protected by copyright and
remain the property of Roo Repute Ltd. Users may not:

save, or distribute content.
•
Use
materials outside of their intended educational purpose.
•
Reverse
engineer, replicate, or extract content for commercial use.
6. Payments & Subscriptions
•
Courses
or licenses must be paid for in full before access is granted.
•
Subscription
models (e.g. per-user licenses) are available for organisations with 50+ users.
•
Monthly
instalments require a standing order setup. Failure to pay may result in frozen
accounts.
•
No
refunds are granted once payment is authorised unless under an exceptional
agreed policy.
7. Refunds
•
Refunds
are only offered within 14 days if less than 25% of a course has been accessed.
•
Subscription
or bulk credit purchases are non-refundable after activation.
•
Customers
may request course credits instead of refunds at the discretion of Endorse
Learning.
8. User Responsibility
•
It
is the customer’s
responsibility to ensure that users are suitable, supported, and capable of
using online training.
•
Certificates
are issued based on user-submitted responses; understanding must be assessed by
the customer.
9. Acceptable Use
You
agree to:

the Website legally and not engage in fraud, hacking, or abusive behaviour.

Refrain
from uploading or sharing any malicious content.

Not
misrepresent affiliations or impersonate others.
10. Interactive Features

13. Complaints

will respond within 1 working day and aim to resolve the issue within 21
working days.

14. Governing Law
These
Terms are governed by the laws of England. Any disputes shall be resolved in
the courts of England and Wales unless consumer protections in your country
dictate otherwise.
